Overview

Zag Mustard came about as a fun homage to my late friend who loved spicy mustard on hot dogs. They weren't a ketchup person, they were kinda an East Coast purist. Along with a handdrawn logo project, I set Zag into motion with fun organic sketches and gave bold colors to the identity-- letting you know, don't skimp on this must-have mustard.

Approach

Combining a custom typeface and the Wildseed Café concept makes for an austere nod to Romantic Impressionism, Arts & Crafts, and modern simplicity, befitting a the 120-acres of natural and artistic preservation at The Hungtinton Gardens & The Gallery.
