Overview

Wildseed Café is a farm-to-table bistro concept located in historic Huntington Gardens in San Marino, CA. Founded in 1912, The Huntington Library has housed archives of literary greats from Walden to Ocatvia Butler. Along with it's extensive collection of 18th & 19th century European art. In their 120-acre Gardens, sits an impressive 3-acre Rose Garden originally planted in 1909 for the Huntington Family. Combining the old-world and modern simplicity that encompass the estate, Wildseed was born.

Approach

Combining a custom typeface and the Wildseed Café concept makes for an austere nod to Romantic Impressionism, Arts & Crafts, and modern simplicity, befitting a the 120-acres of natural and artistic preservation at The Hungtinton Gardens & The Gallery.
